Can Two Gay People Get Legally Married in Florida?

No. Florida will not recognize gay marriage even if you’ve been legally married in a different state that does allow it.

Despite this, you can enjoy the same wedding ceremony as a “straight couple.” We create a customized wedding ceremony for you and your partner that is beautiful, warm and tender. The only difference is after the ceremony I am not filing any paperwork with the Clerk of Court.

Also, you can obtain the same rights and privileges as a traditional marriage between a man and a woman by taking the time to create several documents. You can learn more about my gay wedding service and about these documents on my same sex page. It’s pretty easy to do and gives you the sameĀ  legal rights as those gifted to men and women who marry.
